In the spirit of caring for our neighbors, 360 Communities provides hope and support to people by engaging communities to prevent violence, ensure school success and promote long-term self-sufficiency.
Achieving Greater Impacts with Holistic Support
For more than 40 years, 360 Communities has served Dakota County with vital programs and resources, ensuring our communities continue to thrive. 2013 was another year of growth and new partnerships that helped us do more to support families and strengthen our communities to a new degree.
In 2013, our staff and 1,100 volunteers served more than 17,000 individuals with three interconnected impact areas: violence prevention, school success and self-sufficiency. No matter how a person or family first entered 360 Communities, they were engaged to find out if they were safe in their home, if their children were doing well in school, and if they had enough resources to live a healthy life.
We know that every person has a unique story and a unique set of challenges. Our approach is to help address as many of those challenges as we can and move people closer to a life of sustainable success.
