Innovative Partnerships: The New American Services Collaborative
The New American Services Collaborative addresses the unmet human and social needs of new immigrant and refugee populations as they adjust to a new homeland by helping cities, schools, businesses, city chambers and faith communities better meet the needs of visibly growing immigrant populations.
The Collaborative is a network and partnership of service and resource organizations committed to supporting successful futures of immigrants and refugees.
The New American Services Collaborative is led by an executive committee of the following businesses and organizations:
- 360 Communities
- Lupus Foundation of Minnesota
- Dakota County Attorney’s Office
- University of Minnesota Extension
- Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (MNBCA)
- Wilson Law Group
- Minnesota Department of Education
The Collaborative also includes a group of professionals from 50 agencies throughout the Twin Cities area.
New American Services Collaborative Mission
In bridging the gap of understanding in our community, the New Americans Services Collaborative provides connection, resources, education, support and information for immigrants and refugees to promote self-sufficiency and success in adapting to their new homeland.
