New American Services

New American Services addresses the unique challenges of our increasingly diverse population. Communities are strengthened when they understand the richness gained from a diverse community. We engage community members at a grass-roots level.

360 Communities envisions a community where New Americans - whether recent immigrants, refugees or asylees - thrive and contribute to the strength of the greater community. We believe in working toward a future where every community member has opportunity, hope, a sense of belonging and the chance to contribute to the well-being of others.
  • We employ individuals with diverse backgrounds and bi-lingual skills. Our diverse staff includes 23 bilingual and 13 bicultural individuals skilled in different languages including Spanish, Somali, and Malay
  • We create opportunities for our diverse employees to share their unique cultural perspectives in practical ways
  • We provide community education, create innovative partnerships and engage all community members to bridge cultural diversities and strengthen our communities.
  • We worked with 1,518 immigrants and provided education and training to 2,632 community members.
