Steve Haschig, Senior Director of Development
Steve believes:

Steve Haschig is Senior Director of Development at 360 Communities.
Responsibilities
Haschig is responsible for generating, nurturing, and strengthening relationships to grow funding resources and revenue for the agency. He joined the organization in 2007.
As the “coach” of the Development Team, Haschig fosters new approaches to building relationships with partners. His experience as a public speaker positions him well to tell the 360 Communities story and invite others to share the vision of “changing lives and strengthening communities to a new degree.”
Education
A native of Massachusetts, Haschig attended college in New York and Indiana graduating with a bachelor’s degree in sociology/psychology. He later attended graduate school/seminary in St. Louis earning a Masters of Divinity degree.
Experience
Haschig served as associate pastor of a Lutheran congregation in Richfield, MN from 1978-1985 and as senior pastor of Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church in Prior Lake, MN from 1985-2006.
Haschig has a passion for stewardship, the management of our time and financial resources. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars for schools, churches and non-profit agencies, and he has served as a consultant and board member for many organizations.
Haschig has been recognized in the community for his work with elementary and high school site councils, as chairperson of bond and levy referenda, and as a member of the school district’s legislative coalition steering committee.
Personal
Family is at the center of Haschig’s life. He and his wife, Mary Jane (“MJ”) are parents of three married children; they and his four grandchildren all live in the Twin Cities. He is an avid sports fan.
