Creating the Connections that sustain individuals and Strengthen Communities

Community Engagement

Founded by a group of dedicated volunteers 40 years ago, 360 Communities believes a strong community is made up of individuals who are committed to one another to create ongoing successes. They join forces to impact the outcome of their community’s future so everyone can have a sense of belonging, opportunity, hope and contributes to the well being of each other.

We are confident that through shared leadership we will strengthen our communities. It is not about creating more programs. It is about leveraging community strengths and aligning resources to create measurable results.

What can you do to contribute to our community’s future?
  • Participate in our community engagement initiatives
  • Connect with other active community leaders and share your passion
  • Use your expertise and personal influence
Adopting best practices and data-driven research, 360 Communities along with community leaders identify trends that indicate the overall health and strength of a community. Armed with this knowledge, community leaders and 360 Communities empower everyone to participate in leading initiatives that affect long-term solutions. 360 Communities unique convening model fosters measurable self-sustained success.
